At Skull Bliss, we take pride in our handcrafted artistry and want you to be completely satisfied with your unique statement piece. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your skull carving in its original foam housing and box to ensure it remains protected during transit; items damaged due to poor packing may not be eligible for full refunds.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
